- International Hotel standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is
11:00 am. An early check-in, or a late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the
Hotel.
- Indian Hotel standard Check -in time 12:00 hrs – 14:00 hrs and Check -out time 10:00hrs –
12:00 hrs (Noon) as per the hotel policy.
- In case of Non availability of Hotel Reservation an alternative option would be provided &
Additional Cost Increase or Decrease would be conveyed to Customer. Please Note that Non
Availability is not considered the valid cause. In such cases if the customer insists for the Trip
Cancellation, booking fees + GST would be charged
- Fees will be charged if you reschedule your booking. This includes all additional fees charged
by suppliers
- Yatrimate are not responsible or liable for any kind of cancellation, modification or
rescheduling occurs in holiday package due to cancellation or rescheduling of airlines,
climate factor, natural disaster, political disturbances, strikes or riots or government decision
or any other reasons.
- Travel insurance is strictly advised during travel, any kind of casualty happens during the trip
due to any reason, Yatrimate is not responsible or liable for any kind of claims.
- Please expect to receive your vouchers 72 hours before your departure date.
- Final itinerary may change from the quoted itinerary but the inclusions will remain same.
- There will be no change in the product after getting the package confirmed and if required
then it will be charged Rs. 1000/- per customization.

Payed by the client or according to the travel insurance policy.

TCS is a Tax deductible at collection& is adjustable against IT Returns
In case of cancellation 5% TCS would be Nonrefundable as it is adjusted against your PAN Card.
Booking Policy
- Air ticket, Full amount is needed prior to processing of the same.
- Min. 25 advance cost has to be made for booking confirmation.
- 30 days or more before departure 25% of total cost.
- 29 – 20 days before departure 50% of total cost.
- Within 20 days 100% of total cost.
CANCELLETION & REFUND POLICY
- Airline ticket booking shall apply as per specific Airlines cancellation rules. It will be extra than Land Package cancellation charges.
- With immediate effect after booking, if the traveler wants to cancel the trip, then Yatrimate will charge Rs. 5,000/- per person
- If cancellation is made 45 days before departure, 20% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
- If cancellation is made 30 days before departure, 40% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
- If cancellation is made 30 to 14 days before departure, 70% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
- If cancellation is made 14 to 05 days before departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted
- In case the passenger is No Show at the time of Departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
