How to Reach Orchard Road
By MRT: The nearest MRT stations for those arriving by the North-South line to Orchard Road are Orchard MRT, located at the beginning of Orchard Road, and Somerset MRT, located next to Orchard Central. The Dhoby Ghaut MRT, located by the Istana, can be used by those wanting to reach Orcahrd Road by the Circle Line or the North-East Line.
By Bus: There are many bus stops along the 2.2 kilometre strecth of Orchard Road. Bus numbers 7, 14, 14E, 16, 36, 65, 77, 105, 106, 111, 123, 124, 128, 132, 143, 162, 162M, 167, 171, 174, 174E, 175, 190, 502, 502A, 518, 518A, 590, 598, 700, 700A, 971E 972, 1N, 2N, 3N, 4N, 5N, 6N, NR6, NR7 run through the Orchard Road Stretch, stopping at one of the many bus stops found here.
