These include a camping tent, insect repellent cream, sunscreen, sunglasses, appropriate clothing for the heat and cold, sleeping bag, water bottles, protein bars, umbrella, cap, rope, knife, toiletries, medicine, matches, lighter, portable charger and other essentials
- It is important to not over-pack as well. Remember that you will have to carry your luggage yourself

- Remember that you are camping in the wild - do not litter, and keep your presence minimal. Take your waste with you. Do not throw plastics around
